Hi, I’m Nathan.
I fix and run the systems businesses keep their leads, orders and customers in. I’m in Lehi, Utah, and I’ve been doing this kind of work for about ten years.
How I got here
I started in high school, building automations in Infusionsoft (now Keap) for family businesses. I went on to study business management, and I’ve been working in CRMs and the follow-up behind them ever since.
Somewhere along the way I realized the part I like best isn’t building something new. It’s walking into a system nobody understands anymore, figuring out what it’s actually doing, and making it boring again.
What I actually do
The people who call me run real operations: reps on the road, a phone that rings all day, quotes going out, orders that repeat. Somewhere behind all of it is a CRM and a handful of connections that somebody set up a while ago.
When that breaks, or it’s about to be shut off, or the person who built it is gone, I come in and figure out what’s wrong. I count what it’s costing, fix it for one fixed price, and then keep an eye on it, so it stays fixed.
What changes afterward is honestly pretty boring, and that’s the point. Orders land where they should. Leads get an answer whether anyone remembered or not. And instead of chasing four different support lines, you have one person to call.
How I work
- One fixed price, agreed before I start.
- Access you grant, never your passwords.
- Your data and your customer list stay yours.
- I test everything before you see it, and you see it before your customers do.
- Plain English. If I use a word you don’t know, that’s my mistake, not yours.
- No results promises. I’ll tell you what I’m fixing and what it does, not what it will earn.
- If something I built breaks, fixing it is on me.
- Sometimes the answer is no. If something isn’t worth fixing, I’ll say so.
Who I work with
Owner-run businesses that sell through conversations: reps, phone calls, quotes and recurring orders. Right now that includes a car-wash chemical and equipment company and a title company with a field sales team, along with a few coaches and authors I’ve worked with for a while.
Almost all of them came through someone I already work with. Several are faith-based businesses, and I make sure everything that goes out in their name fits their standards.
Who I’m probably not right for
- If you want lessons so you can do it all yourself, there are better teachers out there.
- If all you want is an automated receptionist, there are cheaper ways to get one.
- If you need someone to run ads, I’m not your guy. I do the systems behind the marketing, not the buying of attention.
- If you want a guarantee that sales will double, I can’t give you one. Nobody honest can.
If you’re wondering whether I can help
Tell me what broke, what’s being shut off, or what nobody understands anymore. I’ll tell you straight whether I can help. Sometimes the answer is no, and I’ll say so.
