A CRM rebuilt around how they actually run
What was going on
Customer, site, order and service records lived in a notes app, the online store and a couple of older tools. Recurring chemical reorders weren’t getting followed up, and there was no single view of each wash site they serve.
What’s different now
The team works in one system now. New orders arrive on their own, service requests are ranked, and invoicing is moving in next.
What I built
I started with a requirements map that marked every need as native, partial or a gap. Then I rebuilt the CRM around the way the business works: wash sites, the chemicals each site uses, equipment, inspections, work orders and orders. There are two pipelines (sales, and service and repair), three ticket boards (service by priority, chemical and parts fulfillment, equipment installs), and a live sync that brings every online-store order into the CRM, with a daily catch-up pass so nothing is missed or counted twice.
