Systems Rescue

When the system behind your leads and orders breaks.

Keap, HubSpot or HighLevel. Whether it broke, is being shut off, or was set up by someone who left, I find what’s wrong, fix it for one fixed price, and keep an eye on it afterward.

Usually it’s one of these

Most of the businesses I help sell through reps, phone calls, quotes or recurring orders, and none of them has a tech person down the hall.

  • Something broke

Orders stopped syncing. A form quietly stopped sending. Leads are sitting there with no status, so nobody follows up.

  • It’s being shut off

Keap is ending support for the API a lot of integrations still run on. Other tools change underneath you too.

  • The person who built it left

It works, mostly, but nobody knows how, and nobody wants to touch it.

  • You’re moving

Moving from one CRM to another without losing your customer list, your history or a week of orders.

  • You’re growing

New sites, new reps, more leads, and a setup that was built for half the size.

  • A deal got lost

Someone asked, nobody answered for two days, and they went with whoever did.

A dated one

On Keap?

March 15, 2027

Keap has said that starting March 15, 2027, it will stop supporting its older XML-RPC API. It won’t switch off that day, but after that Keap won’t patch it, and won’t help when something built on it breaks.

A lot of order syncs, form tools and custom connections still run on it, often built by someone who’s no longer around to ask. The check-up includes a dated list of everything you have that depends on it, and a fixed price to move it.

What Keap’s change means, in plain English

Fix it, then watch it

Most people only ever need the first two. The third is there when you want more.

  1. Fix

The Systems Rescue is one fixed-scope job: an audit, a fix list, and the one migration or rebuild that matters most. One fixed price, half up front, agreed before I start.

Scoped from the check-up, or straight away if something is broken

  2. Watch

After the fix, your lead paths get tested on a schedule, so a broken sync or a lost lead gets caught early instead of three weeks later. Each month you get a short report on what was checked and what was caught.

    Monthly, per account

  3. Improve

When you want more built, Ops Care is a prepaid monthly build budget at a lower rate than one-off projects, with a check-in each quarter.

    Only when you want more

What I work on

In plain English first. The jargon is in small print on the right, in case someone has already pitched it to you.

  • One place where every customer, order and conversation livesCRM: Keap, HubSpot, HighLevel
  • Your online store, connected to itShopify and order syncs
  • Leads answered and followed up on their ownautomations, workflows, speed to lead
  • Forms and booking that land in the right placeforms, calendars, routing
  • Invoices, payment plans and reorderspayments, invoicing, subscriptions
  • Business texting the carriers will actually deliverSMS, A2P 10DLC registration
  • Moving from one system to another without losing anythingmigrations
  • A small custom tool when nothing off the shelf fitscustom apps, integrations, APIs
  • A one-page picture of how it’s all goingdashboards, reporting

What stays yours

  • Your customer list, your history and your data. If we stop working together, you keep all of it.
  • Your passwords. I work through access you grant in each tool’s own user settings, read-only to start.
  • The decisions. Nothing goes live, and nothing reaches your customers, until you’ve looked at it and said yes.
  • Your budget. One fixed price, agreed before I start. No surprise bills.

The check-up comes first.

$1,500, credited in full toward the fix if you go ahead within 30 days. If something is broken right now, skip it and tell me what happened.
